Business Consultation & Analysis Services

Basic Service: We offer basic business advice on procedures to establish a business
and create a unique name just for you, along with designing personalized business
cards and logos. Set up e-mail addresses and discuss website needs. Review
incorporation, sole proprietorship, partnership, etc. Review necessary insurance, legal
requirements and licenses. Secure a business telephone, answering service, and
yellow page ad. Decide on how products will be sold. (The fee is $25 per hour for these
services.)

Level 2: Define services offered, products sold, certifications, vendors, parts,
craftsmanship, warranties and availability. Establish basic business policies and
procedures. Establish pricing and inventory system. Write press releases for local
newspaper and industry related publications. Prepare about us for owners and how
business has evolved. (The fee is $25 per hour for these services, minimum of 4 hours.)

Level 3: Develop a marketing plan for products or services offered. Area analysis and
price points, product availability, and competition. Web market analysis. Brochures
and fliers for products and services. Media advertising/marketing campaigns. Internet
advertising campaigns. (The fee is $25 per hour for these services, minimum of 4 hours.)

Level 4: Develop goals for your business, including Grand Opening date, 30-day goals
list, 90-day goals, 6-months, 12-months, and 5-year. Design transition plan to move
you from your current job into your new business. Establish estimates of start up cash
and credit needed, along with how to obtain and facilitate the products and services
needed to get you started. (The fee is $25 per hour for these services, as needed.)

Level 5: Detailed business analysis including needs assessments, wage
comparisons in the local area, development of job descriptions, employee
performance, and development of a performance review policy that is tailored to your
business. Help with worker compensation, FUTA, NC unemployment tax guides, etc.
Write and post advertisements for unfilled positions and assistance with the interview
process, if desired. (The fee is $25 per hour for these services, as needed.)

EZ Marketing & Consulting

Website Development & Hosting

Basic Website: Web page space, domain name registration, and design of a basic
page to give your business a presence on the Internet. Set up of 2 e-mail addresses
for your business. Provide up to 3 links from your site. Write the contact information
and the about us section. (The fee for this is a $100 one-time fee then a monthly maintenance
fee of $25.)

Level 2 Website: This is the next step in your e-commerce business. We will build up
to 3 additional pages for your site with your provided information. You can add photos,
descriptions of your products and/or services, along with a contact/order form so your
customers can get in touch with you 24/7. At this level, customers will be able to print
out the form and send it to you (via postal mail) with their payment to make a
purchase. (The fee for this is a $250 one-time fee then a monthly maintenance fee of $35.)

Level 3 Website: At this level we will build you up to 10 additional pages for your site.
You can also add a Pay-Pal Account that will allow your customers to pay for their
products or services with their debit or credit card. This way the money is deposited
directly into your account and is a very safe and secure way to do business. (The fee for
this is a $500 one-time fee then a monthly maintenance fee of $50.)

Level 4 Website: This is our most powerful level and it gives you an unlimited number
of pages, however, the quoted price will allow you to add up to 10 more pages.
Additional pages can be purchased separately. This level has a shopping cart and on-
site credit card payment options. You are provided with 5 additional e-mail addresses
for your business. We will add up to 50 more photos within these additional 10
pages. (The fee for this is a $750 one-time fee then a monthly maintenance fee of $75.)
