Rose Cushing has 25 years experience in the retail industry. She currently owns
Sterling Rose Jewelry and Rosecushing.com, is co-owner of EZ Marketing &
Consulting, and works as Marketing Director for the Spring Hope Enterprise and
Bailey/Middlesex newspaper in North Carolina.

Sterling Rose has been a successful jewelry design business for more than twenty
years with a customer base of 8000. The experience gained from owning and operating
this business has given her tremendous exposure to marketing, manufacturing, Internet
sales, trade shows, pricing, business management, personnel, media advertising and
catalog development. Studying marketing trends has lead to success in this
competitive arena.

Rosecushing.com is a website designed to showcase her professional writing career.
She has been published in the local newspaper on more than 100 occasions and has
over 50 professional photos to her credit.

Past experience has included managing several busy medical practices in the Raleigh,
NC area, as well as, an industrial manufacturing job as budget coordinator for a large
maintenance department. Duties have included everything from payroll and personnel
to spreadsheets and budgeting. As Marketing Director for a local newspaper
responsibilities include advertising campaigns, sales, and graphic design. To her
credit sales have been continuously up 40% since she has been on board.

“I got into the consulting business because it was very hard to get answers to small
business questions like, Can I afford to hire help? Do I really need help? How can I
grow my business when I am so busy fighting day to day events,” Cushing said. “Since I
have had a lot of management experience, as well as, owned and operated my other
businesses I feel qualified to help you answer some of your most challenging issues.”

Jennifer Phipps has a B.S. Degree in Business Administration with an Economics
minor, a B.A. Degree in Psychology; both from Alfred University in Alfred, NY and is
currently working on her M.A. Degree in Criminal Justice/Law; through Kaplan University,
in addition to, attending numerous seminars, conferences, and educational institutes.
"I love to learn and feel no one can know everything, however, I am trying," Phipps said.

She has 23 years experience in administrative capacities throughout her career and
held positions with a retail grocery, in the banking industry, and in the educational
venue. Presently she is co-owner of EZ Marketing & Consulting, along with being an
Advertising Sales Associate, Webmaster (for the on-line CyberMall), among other
duties for the Spring Hope Enterprise and Bailey/Middlesex newspaper in North
Carolina.

Jennifer has also held numerous volunteer positions, including being a Community
Action Site Leader for a national organization. "I believe it is important to not only be as
successful as you can be, however, to also give back to your community and help others
along the way."
